For new accounts

To obtain a credit line with us, all you need to do, is to fill out a questionnaire for credit demand, this questionnaire will be quickly processed. In the interim, all orders will have to be paid upon delivery by certified cheque, or money order. For orders of 10 articles or more, our clients will have to pay 50% upon order, and 50% upon delivery.

Transportation

All our order are expedited directly from our warehouse at the customer's expense, should you wish to designate some other transport company, the client will need to advise us in advance of this change.

Claims

The transport company used will be responsible for the expedited merchandise. Any damages or claims should be directed to that company. Upon reception, it is highly advised to closely examine the merchandise, and if possible, to do so in the presence of the delivery person.

Return of merchandise

Before shipping back any merchandise for return, the merchandise should be pre-authorised by the Jardin du Futur's customer service. NON AUTHORISED merchandise, will be returned back to the sender at HIS expense. Jardin du Futur will absorb the cost for the transportation, of pre-authorised merchandise replacement. All returned merchandise should be sent out to us in its original packing, clean and ready for resale.

Responsibilities and guaranties

Jardin du futur will not give any implicit, or other guaranties, concerning the use of merchandise, or its installation, direct or indirect consequences of damages incurred, or related to the misuse or ignorance of the user. All guaranties are the manufacturer's responsibility, and are limited to reimbursement, or its equivalency, and at the sole discretion of Jardin du Futur .
